I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Astor Kiel by Campanile. The room was in a shocking state—there was dust thick enough to build a house on the windowsills, and the bathroom was so worn down that it felt unwelcoming and dirty. To make matters worse, the photos displayed on their website showed renovated rooms, but I ended up with an old and dingy room that didn’t even begin to match my expectations.

Despite the location being fantastic, as it allowed easy access to public transport, the noise from external events was quite disruptive, especially since I could hear late-night partying from my room. there was dust accumulation on surfaces that really needed attention.
